We are looking for ServiceNow Technical Lead who can design and deliver ServiceNow solutions, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring the alignment of technical solutions with business needs.

Mandatory Skill(s)

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in technical solution design and delivery of ServiceNow solutions;
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Service Management, preferably in Finance institutions, Insurance industry, IT Shared Services, or consulting firms;
  • Expertise in ServiceNOW technologies, especially in ITSM, CMDB, ITOM, and ITAM;
  • Drive ServiceNow related changes with a high rate of success and ensure compliance with standards, procedures, and processes;
  • Experience with web technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript, Web services etc), App Engine, Flow Designer, Workflows and working in a SaaS environment;
  • Support projects and efforts that have a broad impact across the organization related to Service Management implementation;

Desirable Skill(s)

  • ITIL V3/V4 Certification;
  • Certified ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA), Certified ServiceNow Application Developer (CAD).

Responsibilities

  • Implement system requirements by defining and analyzing system problems, designing and testing standards and solutions;
  • Develop solutions by preparing and evaluating alternative workflow solutions;
  • Interact with users to collect requirements and provide technical solutions;
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers to complete tasks effectively;
  • Embrace the Agile development process and contribute to achieving sprint goals;
  • Continuously assess the organization's processes and define future-state processes, collaborating closely with architects;
  • Review and optimize business processes by leveraging ServiceNow platform capabilities;
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues, from problem identification to solution implementation.
