Exciting opportunity for experienced professional to join our team as Project Manager;

Mandatory Skill(s)

  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Computer Science or Information Systems;
  • Professional qualification in project management is required (e.g., PMP, Prince2) and Agile methodologies (e.g., Agile SAFe, Scrum Master, or Kanban);
  • Minimum of 8 years of hands-on project management experience;
  • At least 3 years of experience working with Agile methodologies;
  • Demonstrated experience working with both regional and global teams;
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects and handle multiple projects simultaneously;
  • Extensive project management skills, including planning, budgeting, tracking, status reporting, and stakeholder management;
  • Strong understanding of various technology platforms, including Desktop, Systems, Servers, Data Centers, and Storage;
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to effectively communicate ideas and project updates;
  • Proven track record of successfully managing troubled teams or projects and driving them to successful outcomes;
  •  Exceptional leadership, communication, and vendor management skills;
  •  Effective supervisory capabilities, with a proven ability to lead project teams comprised of members from various departments and
  • Proficient in stakeholder management, with a focus on maintaining positive relationships and effective communication.

Desirable Skill(s)

  • Experience in the Banking or Insurance industry is preferred;
  • Experience working within a Centre of Excellence model is advantageous and
  • Demonstrated experience in managing large-scale office integration and relocation projects is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate, respond to, and manage project implementation using agile practices;
  • Oversee project budget and cost management in accordance with internal business rules;
  • Monitor and control project execution through Plan, Build, and Run processes;
  • Prepare and deliver project performance and status reports; ensure completion documentation is shared and discussed;
  • Conduct project evaluations and present findings to Service Owners and Group Infra Lead;
  • Liaise with global and regional stakeholders, including Business, IT, and Operations, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Identify potential project risks and develop appropriate mitigation strategies;
  • Collaborate with senior management on communications, project updates, and escalation processes. Lead and deliver the TIM Project on schedule while achieving business objectives;
  • Oversee and coordinate various workstreams and platforms to ensure timely project delivery;
  •  Collaborate with senior management to align project direction and scope with strategic business needs. Influence peers, stakeholders, and leaders to support informed decision-making;
  • Proactively identify and assess risks and issues, develop mitigation plans, and provide timely updates to management;
  • Facilitate regular meetings with stakeholders, including management, peers, and vendors, to ensure effective communication and alignment;
  • Guide the technical team to deliver the business value outlined in the project plan, working closely with stakeholders and the project sponsor and
  • Plan and manage the project effectively, including resource scheduling, management, and change control, in adherence to company policies and guidelines.
