We are seeking an experienced Security Operation Analyst you will be part of the team support regional business units.

Mandatory Skill(s)

  • Degree in Information Technology or a related discipline;
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in security operations;
  • Knowledge of security frameworks, standards, and best practices (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST);
  • Understanding of network security, firewalls, VPN, IDS/IPS, and other security technologies.
  • Experience with incident response, threat hunting, and digital forensics;
  • Familiarity with cloud security, including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Desirable Skill(s)

  • Financial Services experience;
  • Certification in CISSP, CEH, CISA, or CISM.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure delivery of IT security services to country business units in accordance with agreed scope and service levels;
  • Maintain documentation of processes and procedures to facilitate security operations audits;
  • Operate and maintain FWD security infrastructure for network and Cloud Security;
  • Provide support and expertise in F5 WAF, Firewall, IPS, and Cloud Security;
  • Report and manage monthly metrics related to security operations;
  • Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for network security operations.
