We are looking for an experienced Test Analyst to be responsible for for core and web applications for all projects and change requests.

Mandatory Skill(s)

  • At least 2-4 years of experience in the field of software Quality Assurance; 
  • Prior experience in the Insurance industry or Banking domain;
  • Experience in manual and automation testing of core applications and web applications;
  • Proficiency in SQL, APIs, and Core systems;
  • Strong aptitude for testing with attention to detail.

Desirable Skill(s)

  • Automation testing certification;
  • Familiarity with test tools like Selenium, QTP, Load Runner, RFT (IBM), and mobile testing tools.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze business requirements and understand core business processes;
  • Develop test strategies, create test scenarios, and execute test cases effectively;
  • Plan and manage releases, including handling project changes, requests, and defect resolution;
  • Review upcoming deliveries, manage test environment planning, and proactively identify and address risks or issues;
  • Support BAU teams in resolving production defects and assess their impact on business operations;
  • Document test results and ensure proper storage in designated repositories;
  • Collaborate with development teams to track and manage defects, ensuring timely resolution;
  • Liaise with business teams to review UAT test plans, provide regular updates on testing progress, defects, and delivery milestones;
  • Assist business users during the testing phase, offering training on new features and functionalities introduced by projects or change requests.
